3. Return Shipping:The customer must courier the product to our registered address. Please note, the cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer.

4. Refund Process:Once we receive and verify the returned product, your refund will be initiated on the same day.

5. Exchange with Similar or Different product - The customer can exchange with similar or different product subject to stock availability by paying the differential amount if price is high.
